India Republic Day -- Among the list of tableaux of States along with UTs, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura and Uttarakhand were chosen 1st, 2nd and 3 rd respectively The Jat Regimental Centre marching contingent is adjudged as the best certainly one of the three Services and the Delhi Police marching unit chosen as the best among the Middle Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and other auxiliary forces through the Republic Day parade, any Defence Ministry statement mentioned.

They have been adjudged on such basis as the assessment of the panels of judges and the connection between the competitive presentation in the contingents, the affirmation said. Special prize wa s given to the tableau of the Middle Public Works Department (CPWD), the statement said.
